Our Story
Import Services has been Greenville's trusted European auto specialist since 1976. For nearly five decades, this shop has built a reputation on one simple principle: do it right, every time.
When Waylon and Kimberly Williford took over in 2008, they inherited not just a business—but a commitment to integrity that defines everything they do. No shortcuts. No upselling. Just honest work on vehicles that demand expertise.
Waylon is hands-on every day. He knows that European vehicles aren't like domestic cars—they're engineered differently, with tighter tolerances, unique fluids, and diagnostic systems that general shops can't fully access. That's why Import Services focuses exclusively on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mini, Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati, Ferrari, and Alfa Romeo.

That's not marketing talk. It's how Waylon runs his shop. When something isn't right, he won't rest until it's fixed properly. He's been known to work late into the evening, personally diagnosing stubborn issues that other shops couldn't solve.
Import Services has even reached out to BMW International directly when standard diagnostics came up short. That's the kind of dedication you won't find at a dealership—and certainly not at a general repair shop.

Waylon Williford
Owner, ASE Master Technician
Waylon brings decades of hands-on experience working exclusively on European vehicles. As an ASE Master Technician, he's personally involved in diagnosing the toughest problems—the ones other shops can't figure out. His philosophy is simple: do it right, or don't do it at all.
Kimberly Williford
Owner, Operations Manager
Kimberly keeps everything running smoothly—from scheduling and customer communication to making sure you have a comfortable place to wait. She's the reason the shop feels less like a garage and more like a family business where you're always welcome.
